Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

• The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must have its original packaging.
• If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Items will only be replaced (exchange request) if found defective or damaged.

Exempted Products

Certain categories of products/items are exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

For accepted return/exchange requests:

• Once we receive the returned product/item, we will inspect it.
• You will receive an email notification regarding the receipt and inspection.
• If approved after the quality check, your return/exchange request will be processed as per our policy.
